Ingredients:

  • 2 Tbsp raw cashews

  • 2 Tbsp rolled oats

  • 1 cup spring water

  • 3 - 4 vegan Oreo cookies (check the packaging to ensure they are vegan-friendly)

  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder or cacao powder

  • 1 tablespoon agave syrup (adjust to your preferred level of sweetness)

  • Pinch of salt

  • 1/2 cup ice cubes


Directions:

  1. Start by placing the cashews, oats, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, agave syrup, and a pinch of salt into a blender.

  2. Add the vegan Oreo cookies to the blender.

  3. Pour the water into the blender to ensure that all the ingredients are well-covered. You can also add a few ice cubes at this point.

  4. Blend all the ingredients until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness if necessary. You can add more agave syrup if you want it sweeter.
